Welcome to DynaBlocks. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DynaBlocks platform, including our website (DynaBlocks.org), the DBclient, DBserver, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By using DynaBlocks, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account or use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. DynaBlocks is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from failure to protect your account.
DynaBlocks grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the DBclient and DBserver for playing and hosting games on the Platform.
Users may not:
DynaBlocks allows users to host their own servers using DBserver through local hosting, port forwarding, or third-party tunnel services. You share your IP address or connection details at your own risk. DynaBlocks is not responsible for uptime, security, data loss, or attacks such as DDoS on user-hosted servers.
You retain ownership of your creations. By uploading content, you grant DynaBlocks a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and promote it. All platform branding, engine code, UI, and the "Dynabucks" currency system are the property of DynaBlocks.
"Dynabucks" are a virtual currency used within the Platform and have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for real money. As the platform is a Work-In-Progress, balances and items may be reset or changed.
Users must not:
DynaBlocks may suspend or terminate accounts at any time without notice for violations of these Terms, including hacking, exploiting, or behavior that creates risk for the platform or users.
DynaBlocks is provided "AS IS." As a Work-In-Progress, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or permanent data storage, including game progress or virtual currency.
